Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Welcome to the Cottage at Oak Aven Acres. Enjoy the beauty, and peace and quiet of rural living in this PRIVATE two bedroom Cape Cod style cottage, surrounded by eighty acres of native timber. Watch for deer, wild turkeys, and even a black squirrel as you sit on the back deck enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of iced lemonade or tea in the evening. Oak Aven Acres offers a wide variety of trees that are home to many species of birds and other animals.

The Juni Suite

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. This cottage is about 5 miles south of Lincoln, NE. It has a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath on the main floor with 2 lofts that each have a single bed. You go up a ladder to reach the lofts. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Country setting.
