Stay in a cool house in the heart of old Istanbul

Evimiz toptan elektrik malzemeleri satan dükkanlarının olduğu bir konumdadır. Gün içerisinde pencereleri açık bıraktığınızda yük taşıyan işçilerin bağrışlarını duyabilirsiniz. Fakat pencereler kapalıyken, bu sesler çok az duyuluyor. Onun dışında etrafında gece kulübü gürültüsü yok. Akşam 18:00 sonrası sokak sessizleşiyor. Cumartesi öğleden sonra ve pazar günü tamamen sessiz. Pencereler de karartma perdeleri mevcut. Klima mevcut. Kahve makinesi ve su ısıtıcı mevcut. Ev 35 m2. 1 inci kattadır.

Kiraya verdiğimiz daire 80 + 80 m2 olmak üzere toplam 160 m2 kullanım alanına sahiptir. Binanın en üst katında kardeşim ailesi ile yaşamaktadır. Üst kat ayrı dairedir. Haliç boğazına yakın olan evimizde ailenizle güvenli ve konforlu anlar geçirmenizi dileriz.
