What you'll do

The appointment begins with a welcome coffee (and a Neapolitan tarallo) in Piazza Dante. From this place we will leave towards the historical Market of Via Pignasecca where we will buy ingredients for our pizza... and we will taste the typical Neapolitan street food, "per'e musso" (alternative proposals will be offered to vegetarians). The tour will continue to Spaccanapoli, via San Gregorio Armeno, the famous street of the hand-made-shepherds and cribs and via dei Tribunali where we will stop for a babà or a sfogliatella. This part of the tour lasts about 2 & 1/2 hrs. With a few subway stops we will then reach a Neapolitan pizzeria where we can learn the secrets and techniques of the dough with the help of a true Master: grains, flours, yeasts and above all handling, shaping, filling and cooking. Do you want a Margherita, a Marinara or a Calzone? There is more taste if everything is prepared by you and with the ingredients you have chosen! Space for fantasy! This part of the experience lasts about 3 hrs, tasting included.
