What you'll do
I’m not promising you a one of healing! All I will do is provide a safe space, were we can reconnect to nature and journey into our sub- consciousness, using traditional shamanic tools. Which you can then integrate into your daily life and use for your own self- healing path. I will introduce you to the basics of shamanic healing, finding ones power animal, the one that can reconnect us to nature. Working on inner wounds, childhood issues, toxic thought forms put on us by society and any other issues you might experience. Connecting with mother earth while sitting on a secluded and pristine rocky shore along the Atlantic Ocean, we can also do yoga, dance, hula hoop or go swimming. I have found this spot to be one of the most powerful settings for dealing with memories, letting go and finding ones place in society. Reconnecting to this in-between realm, which so many people unlearned to see and communicate with. Because we weren’t allowed. However, more and more people find their way back to be open towards nature and ancient healing practices. Finding help in guides and animals, being able to listen and apply teachings to this life in this reality, grounding and setting boundaries. Working with plants, by making essences or eating wildflowers. Wild-harvesting the remedies that are all around you, healing in the process, instead of getting a pill from the pharmacy
The first time I heard about Shamanism, was during Univeristy, while porsuing a Masters of Marine Science. I did several courses with Paul Francis (Three Ravens College of therapeutic shamanism). I loved the courses and the groups, I realised quickly that this was the calling I was always waiting for. Finding a sense in life, insights not only of my inner world, but also about our society and being Human. Shamanism is all about self-recognition, acceptance, healing and moving forward. I’m offering these practices, because I know my purpose is to share my healing experience with others. Serving nature, our home and sharing my knowledge about the ecosystem, but also the deeper meanings and healings the marine and surrounding environment have to offer. I’m using this site as a platform to connect to curious and like minded people...
