What you'll do

A Family-friendly Experience. A great Valentine gift for friends, Family & Beloved Dates and hours are flexible. Contact me to arrange the time that works best for you. Also, I take dietary concerns and preferences into mind. This experience involves enjoying baking and eating two kinds of Pastries (Mo'ajanat,) yogurt cucumber salad & a dessert. We’ll end our meal with Arabic coffee or tea. You’ll go home with plenty of pastries to share. Is there anything more delicious than the smell of hot, fresh, homemade bread and pastries? The ingredients we’ll use have a lot of appetizing flavors and I will make it the easy way for you. Enjoy a welcome fresh lemon-mint beverage, water or wine. You can watch or get hands-on experience. We’ll start by mixing the dough and prepare it for fermentation. During fermentation, we’ll prepare the stuffing for two kinds of either the Akawi /Nablusi cheese pies, appetizing Za’tar Manakeesh, flavored Spinach fatayer with sumac or my personal favorite Meat Sfeeha. For dessert, we’ll make tasty Tahini Bread or delicious Makroota Rolls with dates. Resistance is futile! I love to see the faces full of excitement and joy at the sight of the freshly baked bread and Mo’ajanat. The best part is the fun we have.

I have catered events, owned a food truck in LA & have 35y experience in cooking delicious dishes. My special menu includes Saj & Taboon bread. Mid-Eastern favorite cheese, Thyme, Meat & Spinach Savory Pastries, Dates Rolls & Tahini Bread.
