I am the owner of Cascina Vicentini, an agritourism in Monferrato, where I personally conduct courses in distillation, saponification and other practices related to rural traditions. I work with medicinal plants grown on the farm and use the still to extract essential oils and aromatic waters. I combine practical experience, craftsmanship and attention to hospitality, offering authentic itineraries accompanied by zero-km Piedmontese cuisine prepared by me.
