Where you'll be

We will visit the historical center, up to the Fish Market.
From there, we will move to the first tasting stop: arancina (fried ball stuffed with rice and meat), accompanied by an excellent glass of local wine in a characteristic wine shop.
We will continue the tour going from a bakery to taste the panelle (chickpea flour pancakes) and we will make the last stop in a pastry workshop with more than 50 years of history.

Even though it was low season, and even though I was the only one on the tour, Massimo found special places in Trapani that were open and have been part of the Trapani community for decades.
