A true food lover at heart with a culinary art degree, I’m a master sommelier and the editor of D.O. Urbano, a wine and gastronomy magazine. I’ve had many opportunities to travel, learn and taste traditional flavors from all over Mexico. What we’ll do

Mexico is more than tacos and spicy food. Our wine industry is growing, and pushing us to experiment with new pairing ideas. We’ve chosen four wines from boutique vineyards (less than 5,000 bottles per year) in the country's most prominent wine-producing regions, Baja California, Coahuila, Aguascalientes, and San Miguel de Allende. Where you'll be

We’ll spend the evening in a beautiful apartment in Polanco, which is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Mexico City. We’ll then visit one of the city’s most popular restaurants where we’ll enjoy the colors, flavors and overall experience of learning about Mexican wine and cheese.
