Join me, a resident artist, on a walk through Larkspur. We’ll explore your artist-within by using images and words, all while discovering this quaint and historic town through your eyes and taste buds. Starting at my home/studio, we’ll assemble a handmade travel journal. I'll then review techniques and materials and what you should include in your creative keepsake. With notebook and drawing tools in hand, we’ll slowly walk through the redwoods toward our first stop in town—a special ice cream shop. We'll draw our treats whilst enjoying them. The next stop leads us to my favorite little coffee shop, which has communal seating for us to draw. We'll continue sketching picturesque views before gathering under the redwoods to share our drawings and a glass of wine.
