What you'll do
This special night of music and poses will be hosted by our house yoga instructor, and Schuyler Karr, a professional double bassist who's played in the San Francisco Symphony. The yoga itself is slower paced, focusing on spiritual cleansing and centeredness, & is open to all levels. Guests are treated to a cup of tea at the beginning of class, as well as cookies and tea at the end of the session.
