Chef Kent and Liz use their culinary backgrounds to create an experience which allows visitors to connect with the local food scene and chefs. Liz is classically trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and has spent the last 15 years perfecting her craft. Eric is self taught and currently works at Purple Cafe & Wine bar.
