We’ll take you on a taste journey through traditional flavors by foraging edible insects and flowers in the Mezquital Valley. We do require a minimum of two people for the experience. We’ll also spend time among local plants and wildlife and you’ll learn how to cook with bugs, as we teach you their importance for the culture of Mexican gastronomy.
