What you'll do
We’ll meet at Roman Road Market, situated on the oldest known trade route in Britain and I'll tell you the story of this fantastic road in the heart of the East End. We'll discover the beautiful neighborhood while we visit local shops and buy organic and seasonal ingredients to cook our dinner later on. Then we'll make our way to Victoria Park and enjoy this magical spot. We'll stop there for a coffee or beer break, and relax and chat about life. Afterwards we'll go to my lovely and cozy home located in a wonderful listed building that was originally the Bryant and May match factory, site of the Match Girls' strike in the 1880s. Then we'll make our yummy pizza and have some fun in the kitchen. At the end, we'll eat our creations at my table and talk and laugh together.
I'm originally from Italy but I’ve lived in London since 2012. I'm a traditional home cook, inspired by my mother. My love for food and eating has grown since I was just a little child playing around my mother's kitchen. My cooking style is my state of mind, and I like to share this feeling with other people and at the same time, get inspired by them.
