Many of us have heard of Korean barbecue and Bibimbap, but is this all Korean cuisine has to offer? I warmly invite you to join me for an experience that focuses on the authentic tastes of traditional Korean herb-infused cuisine. You will become deeply immersed in the stories behind this unique meal, including the narratives on ethnic ingredients, farmers, and the history of Korean culinary development. After lunch, we'll move onto a hands-on session and learn to make Gochujang—Korean traditional red chili paste. When we're finished, we'll take a 15-minute subway ride to the city center to visit the Gwangjang traditional market—Korea’s oldest market—full of contemporary street foods and delicacies we'll be able to taste.
