Conor provided us with a truly special experience, guiding us through the fascinating journey of oysters from farm to plate. We had the chance to taste both the delicate dainties and the larger oysters — each one more delicious than the last. Everyone got to try their hand at shucking, with Conor showing incredible patience and skill. The experience was perfectly capped off with a scrumptious meal at Linnane’s, making it a definite highlight of my trip.
