We'll make the most famous of Mexican cakes, Tres Leches. Known for its really moist crumb (it is soaked in three kinds of milk), this cake is the perfect ending for a spicy, hot meal. You will choose the cake flavor among three different recipes. How about a traditional vanilla Tres Leches? —The most popular: classic and delicious. Or maybe a coconut cake covered in a boozy Piña Colada mousse? Or maybe you prefer a cocoa Tres Leches covered in delicious Mexican chocolate? You name it, we'll bake it. We'll enjoy our deliciously decadent and moist cake together.

I live and work in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in northern Mexico city. A cheap Uber ride will take you from anywhere in the city to my place. We’ll bake in my home kitchen so you can easily replicate the recipe at yours with minimum equipment. Newbies and experienced bakers alike are welcome
