Join us for a wonderful feast of healthy cooking without compromising on flavour. This class will inspire you to cook sumptuous meat-free meals. You will learn to cook recipes with seasonal produce, vibrant salads with decadent dressings, sumptuous soups and stews with seasonal vegetables, pulses, nuts and seeds, rustic roasts with your own spice blend and more. Our classes are a lot of fun and hands-on, as we chop, peel and cook together. This class is well suited to most diets, including vegans, vegetarians and anyone interested in learning how to create amazing recipes out of seasonal produce. Gluten-free grain available on request. Our feast is inspired by world cuisine, especially the vibrant cuisine of Africa and the Mediterranean. Join me for vibrant feasts! I am a chef, writer and cookery teacher living on the beautiful Sussex Coast. Ever since I started my career as a tv chef and columnist I have totally fallen in love with teaching. I share recipes on BBC Sussex & Surrey and our cookery school in London has been featured on the BBC, London Time Out, Evening Standard and more. I love cooking with seasonal produce, using the best of British and inspired by my African heritage and love of Mediterranean for a wonderful marriage of flavours. Eastbourne is a charming coastal town with the beautiful downs to explore by Cuckmere in Seven sisters, a lovely beach with watersports like paddle boarding which I personally enjoy, Towner art gallery and our famous tennis tournaments in the summer. I'll share all my tips and favourite places for wholefoods, fresh produce from organic farms and greengrocers, with fresh fish from fish mongers on the sea front and secret forgaing spots in town.
