About your host

I teach wagashi workshops in Japan and abroad. I've made sweets for Japanese First Lady Akie Abe, represented my country at the 2015 World Tea Forum in Korea, and exhibited at Milano Salone in 2016.

Where you'll be

We'll start in Ueno Park is one of the largest in Tokyo, studded with museums, temples and shrines. Next, Kappa Bashi Dogu Gai, a district within Tokyo, where the entire streets are filled with cookery stores.
