A unique experience that no one should miss! Elizabeth is a very interesting person with a lot of knowledge; the tour is a great choice if you are looking for something different on your trip to Mexico City. The food is another highlight, especially the tamales and huaraches.

I highly recommend this tour! Elizabeth is so wonderful and made it feel like exploring the city with a friend. It was amazing to explore the markets, try delicious food like huaraches and tamales, and learn about the culture. This was the perfect way to start my second time in Mexico City!

This tour was so informational on many levels. History, the food, the religion and all the hidden secrets that exist in a city this size. Elizabeth has an incredible depth of knowledge and passion for Mexico that gave us an amazing appreciation for this country and culture.

Elisabet and her friend toured us through two very large Mexican markets. While her English was good and she could have conducted the tour in our language, we appreciate that she was willing to help us practice our Spanish by conducting the entire tour in her language.
We got an authentic glimpse into the life of a resident (a chilango), with the safety that only a local guide can provide.
Highly recommended for someone looking to go off the beaten path. The markets are not a place I would visit on my own.

We toured the markets with Elizabeth as a group of four and it was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and kind, and genuinely concerned about our safety while we were out and about. We learned so much about the products at the markets, and got a deeper understanding of Mexican culture which we could not have done on our own. The tastings included with the tour were great, and her help in purchasing items was really appreciated. She welcomed all our questions and guided us safely. Thank you again for everything!

A wonderful experience in getting to know the different cultures that have contributed to what Mexico is today. Learning about the food, customs and rituals was wonderful and Elizabeth was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. My husband and I are so happy we did this tour.
