What we’ll do

In this IZAKAYA TAPAS class, we cover the most popular IZAKAYA Japanese menu, such as AGEDASHI Tofu, Yakitori, Sashimi tapas(vegan and vegetarian are all welcomed!). Learning recipes and ingredients at the beginning then soak yourself into hands on cooking! You will experience the basic knowledge of Umami by tasting Miso, Soya sauce and Mirin. Where you'll be

All the program will be experienced at Buddha Bellies Cooking School Studio! We will meet at the station and Ayuko(Amy) will be attending you to the cooking studio. My studio is situated in the heart of Tokyo so easy to access from anywhere!
