Let’s travel back in time to 1920s Berlin. I’ll be your guide in beautiful Schöneberg, a district where the past is visible on every corner. We’ll visit antique and vintage shops in pursuit of materials for our crafting session and and I’ll tell you stories about Weimar’s leading writers, cabaret artists and bon-vivants - as we pass the cellars where they used to throw their decadent parties. We’ll stop for coffee at a historic cafe, or “Kaffeehaus”, where the Bohemians once met to discuss the art, literature and politics of the day. From there, we’ll cross town via subway to my studio in Neukölln, where we’ll enjoy a crafting session together - upcycling the vintage hats we’ve found to create unique head-wear that would be the pride and joy of any Bohemian, past or present!
