What you'll do

Escape the city for a while, contact me to discuss dates and times that meet your needs. After introductions and a warm-up, we'll go for a trail run through the beautiful South Downs National Park—one of the UK's newest national parks. You’ll challenge yourself along some beautiful and varied paths, including the forest to the East and the open spaces of the West. I will also take you up Butser Hill, one of the highest points on the South Downs, where you'll experience some amazing views which stretch for miles. There will be plenty of time allowed to catch your breath, make conversation, and take photos. If you’re new to trail running don't worry, I will provide tips and tricks on running styles, mind games, breathing techniques, and mastering difficult terrains on the way. Where you'll be

We will base our experience around Queen Elizabeth Country Park, which is centrally located on the South Downs, just 60 miles south of London. The country park covers over 2,000 tranquil acres and has around 20 miles of undulating wood and downland trails to explore with amazing views to enjoy.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Guests need to have a base level of fitness, ability to run 10km/6 miles on a flat road surface in around 1 hour

More tips

Parking is affordable if you'd like to drive, or you can take the train to Petersfield and then take a short taxi ride to the park. Petersfield also has many places to eat after your run.
