I am a fitness coach and creator of group classes on the rythm of the music. I have been living in Montréal for almost 9 years and I love it! I was also a airbnb host for 3 years, it's very enjoyable to share what I like about my city to visitors! I am a qualified massage therapist as well. I aim to share my passion of health and wellness with everyone I meet!

What we’ll do

I will coach you through a workout in the beautiful scenery of the old port of Montreal created just for you and your friends! You will feel completely recharged with the movements inspired by yoga, pilates and ballet. Wear comfy clothes, sneakers, your smile and bring a bottle of water! I will take care of the rest! Lots of fun garanteed!

What else you should know

Wear something comfortable and don't bring too many things with you because we will be moving around.

Where you'll be

We will visit the old port in between the St-Laurence river and the commercial street of de la Commune.
