What you'll do
We will bake fruit, lavender and berry scones, and spelt or brown bread.
I will bake on my side of the video, while the guest will bake at the same time at their place. Im going to do all the baking step by step with them.
I believe in the hands on experience for my guests - from handling ingredients to kneading dough.
It isn't all about the cooking, I share lots of tips from my experience over the years.
I love to see the faces full of excitement and joy at the sight of the end product - freshly baked scones and bread.
And best of all we have lots of fun.
Other things to note
Just sign in and let me entertain and educate at the same time.... it will be fun !!!

I am a restauranteur with busy cafe and luckily work close to home. I live in an area of natural beauty and really enjoy walking, hiking and exploring. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of local history with my guests. I love the natural cycle of my garden and while away many happy hours there. I do hope my guests will enjoy its beauty. I enjoy entertaining, meeting new people as well as yoga, dancing and the outdoors. I hope you will like in the West half a much as I do. x Kate

We absolutely loved baking virtually with Kate. She was a wonderful host who easily helped everyone amend recipes as needed and troubleshoot any difficulties we were having. Kate was knowledgeable and personable and the recipes were absolutely delicious. We are hoping she continues to add more classes- we would take them all!

Kate is a lovely lady. She was welcoming and relaxed throughout the baking. She was very encouraging. This is a wonderful activity to do with family as we did. We were all in different countries but I feel like we had a special time together and learnt new skills and have some wonderful scones and bread to enjoy as well! Thank you Kate x
