About your host

I'm the founder of Hike Toward Wellness and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based out of Colorado. I host hiking workshops all around the state of Colorado which have a strong focus on mental health awareness. As a seasoned and skilled hiker who has climbed eighteen 14,000ft peaks, I take great responsibility and care when leading a group on a hike.

What we’ll do

We'll meet at the East trail head at Mt. Falcon Park at 9am and start hiking shortly after. each hike has a different theme-this hike's theme is, Let it Go and Let it Flow. This is a hiking experience that includes a yoga vinyasa at the summit. You will need a backpack, yoga mat and water. Make sure you dress for CO weather as we will hike in rain, snow or shine!

Where you'll be

We will be hiking at Mt. Falcon Park, a fabulous beginner/intermediate hike located in beautiful Morrison, CO.
