What we’ll do

BODY Bootcamp is a 45 Minute Circuit Training Workout. We have created a variety of workouts including: HIIT | CARDIO | BATLLE ROPES | STRENGTH TRAINING What to expect at BODY Bootcamp? Here is our quick workout guide: 3 Minutes - Welcome and quick debrief 5 Minutres - Warm up. Let's do this! 22 Minutes - Circuit Training Workout 15 Minutes - Warm down + stretch

What else you should know

Bring your water bottle and hydrate prior to arrival. We kindly ask all participants to book in advance as there are limited spaces. Unfortunately we cannot service walk-ins.

Where you'll be

The fitness bootcamps will be located at one location: Murarrie Recreation Reserve (1238 Wynnum Rd, Murarrie QLD 4172). We will send you the BODY Bootcamp Welcome Guide which includes our map to find us and further information.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
