What we’ll do

We will start our experience in the meditation sanctuary with a short talk on the history and significance of the labyrinth. We will do a short mental focusing exercise and then proceed to the labyrinth. Prior to entering the labyrinth we will take a few moments as one need to enter the labyrinth slowly, calmly and with a clear your mind. Prior to entering the labyrinth I will remind you again…

Where you'll be

The meditation sanctuary is a space available to guests for quiet contemplation, personal yoga practice and journaling. Previously part of the outbuildings of the main house, a Victorian from the end of the 19th century, the space has been repurposed during renovations in 2016. The Oregon pine wooden ceilings and thick walls creating a sanctum of quietude around a shallow central pond filled with water, when water restrictions allow.
