What you'll do
We'll be starting our run through the rolling hills of Maymont Park and winding our way beside the beautiful James River. We'll stop at a small beach for some stretching and body weight exercises. We'll finish with a little boulder hopping!
Hi! My name is Noah Pollack, an ACE certified personal trainer and avid fitness enthusiast. I love to get my blood pumping on a trail run by the James River, Running hills at the beautiful Maymont Park, or even turning a children's playground into a fun obstacle course for adults! If you want a challenging and exciting fitness experience, while getting a little taste of Richmond's landmarks, then let me lead you on a custom workout that you won't forget!

Where you'll be
We'll be running and exercising at Maymont Park which is just a stones throw from the gorgeous James River.

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.
