What you'll do
In 4 hours, attendees make their own card wallet, notebook case or a passport case. They learn how to put leather pieces together, do the edges, stitch and burnish in a traditional way. And finally they take their own products with them. Bonus; I share tips about leather crafting if attendees willing to do DIY leather crafting in the future.
I'm a self taught leather crafter and the founder of Nine Leather Co. (est. 2017). By getting help from my sister who is design school student in Boston, I design and make small leather goods by using traditional way of leather crafting. To make durable and strong leather goods, I do everything by hand from cutting to stitching. Mostly sell my products online and to the U.S., Europe, and Canada. I love sharing my experiences and teach leather crafting skills to people who likes to create their own.

Where you'll be
I do this workshop at a very cool coffee shop, at the same time it's a makers' corner. This coffee shop is in the center of Uskudar, easy to reach via public transport.
