What you'll do
Bring energy into your mind and body by starting your day with Vinyasa Yoga following with Traditional Turkish Breakfast. While Istanbul is slowly waking up, we will help you to prepare your mind and body to the unforgettable time in this diverse and beautiful city. We will start from getting together in the Vinyasa & Pilates Studio near the Galata Tower. We will enjoy tea and coffee while getting to know each other. Our goal is to build a very cozy and chill atmosphere, so all attendees can feel relaxed in order to be able to 100% enjoy the experience. The 1-hour yoga class is built in a way, so that it passes for all levels of practitioners. We will move through the yoga class like you want to move through your day - stress and pressure free. We have mats, blankets and another equipment, so you don’t need to bring anything but your good mood. We will focus on asanas that help the body to wake up and fill with a positive energy for the day. After the class we will have Traditional Turkish Breakfast served in the studio. During the breakfast we will tell a story of the Galata Tower and its area, as well as we will be happy to share some local tips of what to do and where to go in Istanbul. My name is Yöntem. I am a Pilates and Yoga trainer and the owner of the Vinyasa & Pilates Studio where our experience is going to be held. I started my carrier as a physiotherapist. Then it helped me a lot to learn and understand physical capabilities of the body. 15 years ago I discovered yoga and was impressed with how yoga brought my skills, knowledge and mind to a new level. Therefore, later I decided to become a certified yoga teacher to be able to share this experience with the other people. I am very passionate about creating unique experiences that people will enjoy and remember. I believe that pairing Yoga and Turkish Breakfast is a great opportunity for people to explore their bodies & minds, learn our culture, try new things, meet new people, have memorable experience that will leave a positive impression and memory.
We will introduce you to the Traditional Turkish Breakfast which is variety of cheese, jams, eggs, vegetables, nuts, fruits…
We will provide with mats, blankets, blocks and all you may need for the yoga class.
Where you'll be
The experience will be held in the Vinyasa & Pilates Studio that is located in a tiny street close to the Galata Tower but back from the main touristic paths. This is another reason to visit us, as our street and nearby ones are full of cozy and tasty cafes and shops with various handiworks and garments. During the breakfast we will share with you insights of the best places in the area and Istanbul to visit.

Up to 6 guests aged 14 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
For Yoga class, if you have never done it before, then please have no worries, just let us know in advance and we will adjust the class accordingly. For Breakfast, kindly let us know in advance if you have any food intolerance or allergy
