Certified Personal and - Functional Strength Master Trainer. Years of experience with functional training and exercises with your own body weight. We adapt all trainings to your training condition, no matter how fit you are! All trainings in German and English.

What we’ll do

We train outdoor with our own bodyweight and functional equipment (e.g. backpacks, hammers, ropes, swing sticks, ...). Under professional guidance you will learn how to perform exercises correctly and efficiently. We will show you how to integrate these exercises into your daily routine. No matter how fit you are, we will adapt the training to you!

What else you should know

Our training focus is on strength endurance, mobility and coordination. We primarily use methods from (highly intensive) interval training (HIIT), stabilisation exercises for surface and deep muscles as well as endurance and strength training.

Where you'll be

We stay right next to the Danube, where large green areas await us. This area is ideal for meeting friends, reading a book or training together. In case of bad weather: indoor training, meeting point U6 Dresdner Straße, exit of the same name.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests aged 16 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
