What you'll do
We will have a intro session on how to use SUP (stand up paddle) and I'll guide you through our lesson to acquire your balance and to perform pilates exercises while respecting your body and limits. Afterwards we'll have what I call a "gratitude moment" to stretch, breath, enjoy nature and be thankful for the given life!
I'm a pilates instructor airbnb.com/pilatesmanly and a snorkel guide airbnb.com/snorkelinsydney. I decided to combine my two passions and offer you an amazing and unique experience. You'll work out, have fun and get a mindful moment in the great ocean environment. The practice of Stand Up Paddle itself requires a lot of core and you'll learn the basics to stand and to paddle before we start our pilates exercises. We'll then challenge our balance through the exercises on top of the board (few splash moments are expected lol) come with an open mind and ready to have fun! If not a swimmer a life jacket will be provided.

We'll practise SUPilates at a close bay that weather will allow us (less windy and wavey) to be decided the day before of our experience.
Things to keep in mind
For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 6 guests aged 6 and up can attend. Guests should have at least a basic swimming level, a briefly idea of core exercise and a minimum level of balance.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
You must let me know of any injuries or conditions you have in order to adapt the practise to you. Also let me know if you have had previous SUP /Pilates experience, your level and your swimming skill
