What we’ll do

The experience is available on Fri-Sat-Sun but it is possible to arrange different days and times. After some important theoretical notions about the importance of fermented foods and their qualities for human and animal health, we will pass on to practice and produce kefir, yogurt, kombucha, jung tea, fermented vegetables, sauerkraut etc. so that each participant returns home with the necessary…

If there are any foods or drinks you prefer to avoid, you can let me know earlier so I can propose alternative solutions. At the end of the course, whoever wants it, can take home some kefir granules from Tibiscos, a Scooby to produce kefir and kombucha at home.

Where you'll be

After a brief visit of my vegetable edible garden and harvest of the vegetables or fruits necessary for some preparations (depending on the season), we will enter my kitchen where we will prepare various fermented foods and drinks.
