What you'll do
Would you like to run with ease, without apps and gadgets, just enjoying the experience? In this 1h course we will explore the basics of Mindful Running. We will meet at the lovely Stadspark. Wear sports clothes and pack lightly. You don’t need to be able to run for 1 hour! The class includes meditation, yoga and breathing exercises.

Where you'll be
We will visit the beautiful historic Stadpark in the city center. It is a landmark you must see on your visit to Antwerp.
