Parking is available right outside, but if you visit without a car, regular buses from Stromness go to all areas of Orkney.

Within a 20 minute walk you have Skara Brae visitor centre and within 25 minutes drive you can access nearly all of the Historic Scotland sites Orkney has to offer. Along with this there is the opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside with a range of coastal and local footpaths where you will see an array of birds and wildlife
