The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. You can log in to Netflix & Co with your own account on the TV. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.
