In the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Boží Dar, in a small village, I created our refuge. A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We want you to feel at home here too. Mountains, nature and a spa town, there's a little bit of everything here!

Peaceful writer’s rooftop escape

Welcome to our sunny rooftop loft & terrace. We offer a one bedroom flat, with kitchen and sitting room, writing desk and a gorgeous terrace with plants blossoming outside. Wake up to views over Vesuvius and have your morning coffee looking out to the Sorrento Penisula. We live in the apartment next door but there is also your own seating area on the terrace that we do not use though one window from our flat faces the terrace.. Sophia is a tour guide so will direct you to the best spots in town!

Horizonte Azul - stylish space with great sea view

Welcome to Horizonte Azul, a cozy nest with astonishing views over the sea and the spectacular cliffs of the Moraig cove. Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? Book a private Pilates lesson on site, or enjoy hiking and other sports close by. We look forward to you staying!

Porto Downtown Penthouse w/ private terrace

This charming suite is on the 3rd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

Cosy Cotswold Cottage, Stone Bank, Evenlode

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom you can enjoy your own sitting room with large Smart TV and separate breakfast/garden room in this comfortable and cosy Cotswold cottage. ALTHOUGH THE HOST LIVES HERE YOUR PRIVACY IS FULLY RESPECTED. There are several excellent pubs are within easy reach. The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks from the house.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Estate in the center of Assen

Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the peace and space, which was normal then, in a modern setting. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Come and stay with the friendly hostess who will welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Located in the very heart of Oia, at a secluded position on the famous caldera of Santorini, Oia Spirit is a stylish complex of 8 stand-alone traditional cave houses, with access to a shared cave pool. This suite additionally features a private outdoor plunge pool. The view from its terrace is stunning, featuring the caldera and the two iconic blue domes of Oia. Santorini International Airport is about 17 km from Oia Spirit, and the Ferry Port at approximately 23 km.

Ca del Duca, historical building. In the heart of Venice, the apartment overlooks the Grand Canal a few meters from Campo S. Stefano, Accademia and Piazza S.Marco. A beautiful lounge with paintings, objects and furniture from the 18th century will take you back in time. The view is one of the most beautiful in Venice, from the windows you can admire the Accademia bridge and the galleries, and the splendid Palaces of this part of the Grand Canal.

Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. Breakfast on request: 13 euros/person: to be booked before arrival
