In the heart of a bicentennial estate of 5 ha with swimming pool, occupied by horses, donkeys, sheep, dogs, a small Norman house will welcome you in an authentic cabin style. It consists of a main room with a sitting area, dining area, a 140 X 190 bed, and a shower/WC room which is located in the kitchenette. Deauville is 30 km away, and Pout Audemer is 15 minutes away. In a pretty valley, in the countryside, the charming town of Pont-Audemer is 4 km away. Our large 60 m2 attic studio is comfortable and well arranged with a large living room, an open kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet, an entrance. Bathed in light with 4 skylights, 2 windows, the patio door opens onto a large balcony. Guests can park their vehicle safely in a paved parking lot closed by an electric gate. A garden is at your disposal.

This 25m2 individual house offers all the comfort needed. Located in a flowered garden close to the main property, the house has an independent entrance and is accessible via a secure gate. Access to a therapeutic spa is optional (at an additional cost). It has a mezzanine for sleeping, a wardrobe space, a table and two chairs and a full bathroom.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
