Stunning Manor House In Normandy

At the edge of the forest (gate opens directly into forest), this 400m² manor house a fireplace, a covered pool (open from May 1-September 30), and a fire pit outside in the vast garden. Paris is 1h15 away. The house is perfect for big families with children. A great way to spend the summer holidays or weekends with your extended family. Minimum stay June-August is 7 days. An extra charge of 100€ is applied if the garbage is not taken out. 12 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED

Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. Independent accommodation located on a common property with the owners, without shared ownership, enclosed wooded land, parking, electric gate. The pool to be shared with the owners is outdoors, uncovered, it is open and heated from JUNE to mid-September (depending on weather conditions). 3 km away is the village of Monfort/Risle, various shops (bakery, supermarket). Activities: canoeing, forest hiking, tree climbing, greenway)
