On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

Lakefront cottage for a fun, relaxing getaway.

Enjoy a cozy stay in a lake front cottage. Located in Essex, on chebacco lake, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space with wifi and a large TV, and a comfy couch overlooking the lake. We have a external monitor with a keyboard and mouse to set up a workstation if needed. A large deck and seasonal dock to hang out on. Close to the ocean if you get tired of the lake. It's an excellent home base on Boston's North Shore.

This beautiful Annisquam Village cottage was renovated to the highest level of quality by two artist's. Located just 5 minutes from Lighthouse Beach, Cambridge Beach and Talise Restaurant. Bunny Cottage has beautiful gardens, is surrounded by water on 3 sides, and has peek-a-boo views of Wingaersheek Beach from the bedroom window. The Hideaway is a modern luxury suite located right in the center of it all. You can stroll a 1/2 mile to the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, walk downtown, catch a show at the theater, or discover Boston, Salem (2 miles away), or other quaint seaside towns. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

In the heart of historic downtown Ipswich, the John Brewer house has been a family home since 1680! This fully renovated apartment features many modern amenities, like hi-speed internet, 50" and 55" televisions with streaming channels. There is parking for two cars, and we are a short walk to Market Street, the commuter rail to Boston, a large park for children, and many fantastic local restaurants. Drive to Boston or Maine in 45 mins; Salem or Gloucester in 30 mins; Crane Beach in 10 mins!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

We are at Salem Willows - family-friendly activities, the ferry, trolley, train, downtown, and nightlife are all close by. Seadrift is perfect for couples traveling together as it has two bedrooms, both with King beds, a large living room, and bathroom. You have a private entrance and it is located on the second floor. You can walk to four beaches within minutes, one is right outside your door. Salem has many historic landmarks and wonderful restaurants very close by. Come visit!!
