Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is a renovated apartment, inside an old building, thus providing character and a good location. It is ideal for relaxing, doing nothing, or using it as a base to explore this beautiful island.

Beautiful authentic finca in the quiet village of La Pared. This finca is the perfect accommodation for those who want to spend their holidays in a quiet and authentic way. The finca offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The spacious and wind-protected terrace invites you to relax, read a book or simply enjoy the sun. La Pared is only a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we highly recommend a rental car.

Disconnect in this unique accommodation and relax to the sound of the Water. The apartment has all kinds of comforts and if you need anything, I will be happy to assist you and help you, even with all the necessary information to enjoy all this wonderful island, if you decide to go out and explore. The patio is shared with me and , three charming and affectionate cats. Also Kira, Labrador mix will welcome you.

The bungalow has 98 m² and has just been extensively renovated and very high quality. It has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room, a kitchen and very tastefully equipped. A large secluded indoor terrace with large jacuzzi, loungers and a sitting lounge area invites you to linger. In the living room and bedroom you will find a flat screen TV with German/international TV and radio programs.

Welcome to our charming little paradise. On a hill, in a protected natural area and with incredible views facing the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for disconnecting. A 10-minute walk and a 3-minute drive from one of the best beaches on the island, the beaches of Jandia stretch to the south and have about 23 km of white sand and transparent waters, perfect for getting lost and disconnecting.
