Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig! Kom på landlig ferie i vores lille gæstehus i 2 etager. Der er 2 soveværelser, 1 køkken med spisekrog, 1 opholdsstue, 1 lille legerum og 1 badeværelse. I alt er der 6 sovepladser(4 voksne og 2 børn). Relax with the whole family! Enjoy a country side vacation in our 2 story guest house. You'll find 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with dining area, 1 small activity room for small children and 1 bathroom. In total we have 6 beds(4 adults + 2 children).

Fanø Mini Ferie med havudsigt & slutrengøring

Nyd en Fanø Mini Ferie med havudsigtfor 2 personer. Her er eget køkken og bad i smukke rammer i dette ny-indrettede mini-feriehus 50 meter fra vandet. Beliggenheden er desuden meget tæt på færgen, så I behøver faktisk ikke have bil med til øen. Tag cyklen med i stedet (det er gratis) eller lej en cykel på Fanø. Terrasse med mulighed for sol hele dagen. Prisen er inklusive forbrug af vand, varme og strøm. Slutrengøring er obligatorisk og koster kr. 400.

En 40 m2 lejlighed som er totalt renoveret i en ældre landejendom. De mest eventyrlige tur muligheder på egen hest eller vandring. Du kan medbringe hest, som vil kunne komme på fold eller/og i boks. Vi har gode fiskemuligheder i Ribe Å, spørg ved ankomst. Der er 6 km i fantastisk natur indover diget (cykel/gåben) ind til Ribe midtby. Bålplads, udendørs pizzaovn og shelter må anvendes under ophold.

Dejligt nyere sommerhus, charmerede og hyggelig, i læ fra vinden og kun få skridt fra stranden. Huset ligger i naturskønne omgivelser ved strand og skov. Restaurant i nærheden. Skønne vandreruter. Golfklub inden for 10 min. MTB spor. Legeplads 2 min fra huset. Der er chromecast - wifi. Ingen grundpakker til TV.
