At Hillwinds House, it’s all about taking a moment to disconnect from your busy life and reconnect with nature. We are excited to share our Alberta landscape with its beautiful sky, empty fields, and close up nature details. The 5 acres are filled with wildflowers in the summer, look closely and take a moment to enjoy.

Raspberry Castle

Let your adventure begin at Raspberry Castle. This three story tall tower has been hand constructed from bricks fired in Medicine Hat. John Jensen, a Danish engineer / bricklayer designed our wonderful castle with his family in the 70's. We've modernized and renovated the entire building to make it as comfortable as possible. Bright and Cozy Suite

Welcome to this bright and stylish suite located in Lacombe, with easy access to trails, downtown shops, the library and other amenities. Make yourself at home in the open concept kitchen and living space. Pass through a set of French doors, and you will find a cozy bedroom equipped with a full bathroom. Dimmable potlights in the living area and bedroom can match any mood, while the undercabinet lighting provides ample light for the kitchen adorned with a full size fridge and double sink.

Main floor-2 bedroom suite

This is a two-bedroom suite on the main floor with a furnished kitchen, living room, and bathroom that you can use exclusively. It is located on the peaceful east part of the town. It is close to the town center and Alberta Prairie Railway/Polar express. This is a 2-unit house with a basement suite with a separate entrance occupied by a long-term renter. Entrance to the basement is for emergency exit only or when laundry access needed. This house is built in 1965, floor may squeak.

Nice open concept cabin with amazing views! Great home with everything you need for a getaway. We have a beautiful outdoor space for playing games, fire pit, deck that wraps around 3 sides of cabin. BBQ, outdoor seating. For cool or too hot days, we have a projector screen with DVD player and Xbox, ping pong table, air hockey and lots of games. Just a short walk to the beach, Snak Shack for treats, disc golf course (frisbee golf), tennis/pickle ball courts, brand new playground.
