IONION VIEW

It is a comfortable cottage, just 20 meters from the sea and is located on the provincial seaside road between Lygia and Rock. It stands out for its endless view of the Ionian Sea. On the left you can see Lefkada, while directly opposite Paxoi-Antipaxos. Absolute calm prevails, which is only shaken by the splashes of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, while it is surrounded by a multitude of beaches with the most secular one of Loutsa.

Villa Armonia is located just 3 km from the historic center of Parga . In a lush green landscape, overlooking the sea, it is the ideal destination . It offers autonomy as you vacation and at the same time enjoy your peace of mind in a neoclassical space. A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

Relax overlooking Aphrodite's cave from the spacious balcony of your room, or relax at our gardens whilst your children enjoy the playground. All our rooms provide air conditioning, TV, kitchenette, fridge and free parking. Booking a Studio means you get a room on the ground, first or second floor depending on availability at check in.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

Stefans House

Our house is located near the town centre. The facilities are spacious with big rooms and fully equipped kitchen. The yard has a dining table and many many flowers. Also free parking. The establishement is suitable for couples, business travellers, families with children, big groups and pets.
