The house (70sqm) consists of the small conservatory, living room with Sweden stove, small, simply furnished kitchen, the attic and the bedroom, see floor plan. Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk), in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Open the doors and the large, wrap-around wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset, without losing sight of the lake.
