The apartment is located on a third floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner. -The apartment is about 45 square meters divided in entrance, toilet room, living room and kitchen. It has a south orientation overlooking the ski slopes, which gives it great warmth and luminosity. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay (wifi, washing machine, central and scheduled heating, etc.). The entrance is self check-in using access keys. Bed linen, towels (two per person), duvets and essentials are included in the price. -Input: A cabinet is located for jackets, ski area, 70 litre electric thermos, cleaning products, iron and ironing board. --The toilet room has: 90 cm shower plate, washer dryer, folding curtains, ski boot furniture, medicine cabinet, body wash, shampoo and hairdryer. -Salon: It has a 5-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and south orientation so it is very sunny. There is a sofa bed of 130 cm (memory mattress) and two folding beds of 90 cm each (pillows of different hardness are left), two armchairs, dining table with 4 chairs, small table, smart TV, games and books. There is a small code safe that you will program. -The kitchen has: crockery, kitchenware, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker, and other Italian type, basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, infusions, etc.). -The heating is centralized and programmed. Before your arrival you will be connected for greater comfort. In the living room there are two radiators of 1500W and 1200W and in the toilet another 350W. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - The Parador I chairlift stop is located in front of the building. At this stop you can buy the pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. - In the same building, on the fourth floor, I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests but we admit a maximum of four at the same price (in that case they notify it to prepare it for four guests). - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these paragraphs will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. -Estamos dados de Alta as Vivienda de Uso Turístico en la Junta de Andalucía. That is why we are required to request a guest registration that is sent to the police website. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building.
