You'll have all kinds of services around, from parking and supermarkets to restaurants, cinemas, theaters, and even parks. The best part? It's 15 minutes away from the beach. You will be in the heart of the pedestrian area of the Center, so you will not need any means of transportation to access the places and services of interest. Spacious parking at a good price just 50 meters from the apartment. The accommodation complies with all regulations and is registered as a tourist residence in the Junta de Andalucía.
