ONLY WELL BEHAVED PETS ALLOWED. Plenty of street parking. There is one KING bed & one futon sofa, a great kitchenette, and lovely full bathroom and HEPA filter. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $35 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.

There is one designated guest parking spot or street parking can be used for multiple vehicles. Neighbor has an outdoor dog so some barking is expected.
