Bright and comfortable, it is within walking distance of all the main attractions, such as the squares, the Central Market, the charming Turia Gardens, art centers, great restaurants, and much more.

Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Beautiful apartment 4 km from Valencia historic city center and on the lovely beach of Port Saplaya, also know as Valencia´s "Little Venice". The center of Valencia can be reached by bus (15 mins) or taxi (about 12 euros). Lovely views of the small port and is quiet. Just 1 min from the beach and the many great seafront restaurants of Port Saplaya, which suit all price classes. Large supermarket (Al Campo) 2 minutes walk from apartment. A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too
