Welcome to this completely refurbished 44 m2 flat with sea views and an amazing sunset in Torrox-Costa (Malaga). The beach is just 50 metres away. You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from 13th June until 28th September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.

Beautiful apartment a pie de playa. New (2020), wonderful sea views and all amenities. Private parking space. Swimming pool with sea views open all year round normally; but the agreements of the Community of owners, the drought, ETC. may temporarily limit its use. Check availability with the owner. Oceanfront urbanization (Zona Dunas la Carraca). A haven of tranquility close to the services of El Morche and the TORROX-COSTA promenade.
